Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DentiCision collects, uses and protects personal data when you use https://denticision.com. We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, clinic name and encrypted password.
Clinical case data you choose to enter: patient name or reference, age, sex, weight, medical conditions, medications, lab results and planned procedures.
Billing data: subscription plan, payment status and payment references provided by Tap Payments. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use data
To provide the Service — generating recommendations, PDFs, case history and pending cases.
To manage your account, subscription and billing, and to send service emails (verification, password reset, support replies).
To respond to support requests and suggestions, and to improve and secure the Service.
3. Patient data
Case data is stored privately in your account and is visible only to you (and to authorised DentiCision administrators when required for support or security). It is never published or shown in public guides.
You are the controller of patient data you enter and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it. We recommend using patient initials or file numbers rather than full names where possible.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing by Tap Payments), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and passwords are hashed. We keep account and case data while your account is active and delete it on request, unless retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing denticision@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in and secure the Service.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will indicate the date of the latest version on this page.
