Clinical Responsibility & Professional Use Agreement

DentiCision is a clinical decision-support platform intended for use by qualified and licensed dental professionals. By accessing and using this platform, I acknowledge and agree that:
1.
DentiCision provides supplementary clinical information, decision-support recommendations, and calculation tools. It is intended to serve as a supporting clinical reference or second opinion, not as a substitute for independent professional judgment.
2.
I am responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, relevance, and suitability of all clinical recommendations, medication information, and dosage calculations before applying them to any patient.
3.
I understand that all clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatments must be based on my own professional assessment, the patient's individual circumstances, and applicable clinical standards.
4.
I will use the platform only within my professional qualifications, licensing status, and authorized scope of practice.
5.
I understand that the platform's outputs may contain limitations or errors and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for patient care.

I acknowledge that accepting this agreement does not replace applicable regulatory requirements or alter any legal responsibilities imposed by law.
7.
Patient information: I confirm that I am authorised to access the patient information I enter, and I will enter and use it only for legitimate professional purposes related to the patient's care.
8.
Patient notice and consent: I am responsible for informing my patients about how their information is used and for obtaining their consent wherever the laws and regulations that apply to me require it. DentiCision does not collect patient consent on my behalf.
9.
Confidentiality: I will keep patient information confidential, enter only what is necessary, and handle printed reports, PDFs and referral QR codes securely — sharing them only with people involved in the patient's care.
10.
Account security: I will keep my login details private, will not share my account, and will inform DentiCision promptly if I suspect unauthorised access.
11.
Data storage: I understand that DentiCision stores the case information I enter in order to provide the service, that my cases are visible only in my own account, and that DentiCision protects this information with reasonable technical safeguards as described in the Privacy Policy.
How acceptance works
Every new user must accept this agreement (version 1.1) before using the platform's clinical features. Each acceptance is recorded with the user's account, agreement version, date and time. When the agreement is updated, users may be asked to accept the new version.
